Return Policy

At The Wild Moon Co., we take pride in creating quality products and want you to be satisfied with your order.

Personalized and Engraved Items

Because personalized and engraved items are made specifically for you, all sales are final on these products unless there is a defect in the underlying product.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized items due to:

  • Incorrect spelling, dates, initials, names, or custom details submitted at checkout
  • Changes of mind after the order is placed
  • Preference-related concerns about engraving style, wording, or placement when the item was produced as ordered

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all personalization details before placing an order.

Once a personalized order has entered production, it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified.

If your personalized or engraved item has a defect in the product itself, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Examples of eligible defects may include:

  • A broken or damaged item upon arrival
  • A material or manufacturing flaw
  • A mechanical or functional defect, where applicable

Non-Personalized Items

Returns for non-personalized items may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging, if applicable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

Natural Variations

Many of our products may feature natural materials, handmade finishes, or unique engraving characteristics. Variations in wood grain, leather texture, color, finish, or engraving contrast are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or engraved items without a verified product defect
  • Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Perishable, consumable, or hygiene-sensitive items, if applicable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
