Shipping Policy
At The Wild Moon Co., we’re happy to offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Personalized, Custom, and Handmade Items
Personalized, engraved, custom, and handmade items may require additional processing time before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. These items may take longer to ship because they must be made or customized before they are packaged and sent.
During busy periods, custom and handmade items may require additional production time before shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We typically ship orders using UPS, but may also use other carriers depending on the destination, package size, shipping speed, or other logistical needs.
We choose the shipping carrier that best fits each order.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders.
If expedited shipping is offered, it may be available at an additional cost.
Delivery Times
Once an order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Weather delays
- Carrier service disruptions
- Seasonal shipping volume
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
Please note that tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
